Great stay. Check in was quick. Room was clean, spacious! Bed was comfy. Free breakfast, continental. No complain. Karaoke at night, at the lounge. Fun! Pool was great and non park days. Family friendly hotel!

The staff were very friendly and great with kids. The room was very spacious — even for a family of 7. My family loved the pool and the hot tub. The only downfall is that the water temperature constantly fluctuated during showers. One second it was warm, the next it was freezing cold.

Staff was polite and helpful, let me check in about 90 minutes before check in at no extra cost. They turn your room every 2 days which is reasonable and our suite had 3 tvs, a king bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed for a pretty good price. Only Complaint I could have is limited elevators (2) which led to some longer than desired wait times in the morning and continental breakfast was nothing to write home about but it’s ok for the cost

The room had bad smell, we ordered changed of sheets and took more than 12 hrs, plus several calls and reminders to get clean sheets. The hotel was full during our stay and the breakfast was poorly refilled. Definitely we won't stay again, and we wouldn't recommend.
