The place was really nice, with plenty of room for everyone. But, the normal amenities were lacking. They would not provide extra towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc., etc!! We called several times about heating the hot tub; we were told there was nothing they could do about it. There was a coffee machine, but no filters, coffee,etc. We were NOT going for a week vacation, so would not expect to have to buy such things for just a couple days stay. So, it's sad that the little things can ruin the overall family time!

Margaritaville Was spot on!! The entire house was in immaculate condition. Perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own space, and was extremely comfortable. Clean, convenient,everything you could need when renting a house in Orlando.

Hot tub didn’t work. Called and a person came and solved the running problem. But the next day it didn’t work again. Very poor since we rented because of the hot tub was included.

we stayed at a cottage.....the couches were dirty.....the pillows were stained and old smelling.....the outdoor furniture was torn and there was absolutely zero shade in the backyard......the hottub did not get hot....the pool was freezing....the toilet paper holders in 3 of the 4 bathrooms fell off the walls.....the towel holders in 2 of the 4 bathrooms fell off the walls....there was hardly any drawer space in the closets.....the dryer had a broken lint holder......this place was run down.....at the end of our stay, i went to the desk at the office and spoke to the MANAGER ....she told me there was nothing she could do for me and i should have come to complain sooner during our stay.....i asked for compensation on this stay or a discount for a future trip and she said, "NO".......there are so many other cottages and villas we can rent from other companies.....like RENTYL.....i will never rent from vstays again.....
