Our stay was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. I would just recommend that staff pick up the pool are more often. Lots of people drinking and eating and not throwing tire trash away. Other than that it’s a great place. Oh, if you do not want to walk allot you better call ahead and ask for a room near the main pool. The resort is huge : )

Everything was nice,we were there for 4 days. I was told housekeeping will come in on Sunday and they never showed up. I called front desk and they did send towels but room was not cleaned.

Bad customer service. Had to call 3 times and wait 4 hours for a comforter be sent to the room. They sent a soiled/dirty one, front and back locks on room were broke, A/c wasn't that cold, asked for a manager to call us and no response?? But was quick to kick us out at at 10am promptly but knocking on our door. Would not recommend.
