This property was very large. Clean. The outdoor dining by the pool was a little off. Sat and waited for someone for awhile and ended up leaving to find somewhere else to go. The pool/ hot tub was great! Staff was nice. We did do the time share meeting there after asking a question about Disneyland that ended up being overwhelming. Never again.

We had terrible weather which wasn't the resorts fault, so a lot of the facilities were closed while we were there. There is only one option for breakfast and you can't get it delivered to your room. Wish there was a breakfast buffet or something. There is no shuttle to/from Orlando airport which is a bummer. It is conveniently located close to the Disney Parks. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping only came once, even though we stopped by the front desk and asked them to come twice. We only ate at the Grill restaurant twice, service is slow and the chairs are ripped and the place needs some love. On the plus side mostly every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would come back.
