They overbooked the restaurant by 50 rooms! We ended up saying two hours outside of Orlando to go to an event at the convention center the next day. To say I am furious is putting mildly. I plan this trip two months in advance paid in full for the hotel. Didn’t plan on having to drive from the hotel to any of the events that I had to go to. I spent half the time in my car because of this hotel. And the manager didn’t even have the balls to show his face. I expect compensation in addition to the refunded room rate.

Where to start: - initial room key wouldn’t work. Couldn’t get a replacement room key for 24 hours so every time I left my room, I had to get the front desk to let me in. - room was dirty, shower had rust everywhere - no TV remote - worst of all, there was water leaking / coming up from under the flooring. Definite health and safety issue.

Staff was amazing and super friendly.. breakfast was literally a waffle maker and 2 cereal options and toast... the bathroom door didn't close, the door to the room didn't shut well, we only stayed one night so we endured. The bed was actually pretty soft the main room looked renovated, bit the bathroom toilet leaked, there was mold in the shower, ai have asthma it was pretty bad, my girlfriend tried to clean it for me, but the Staff Jess in particular made us laugh. I know the area had some trouble and i try not to write just the bad... so here are the positives as well... it is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants, as well as to all the parks. If you need to change rooms and they have availability they will definitely try to accommodate you.. we were only there one night and things were booking fast... so we made it work.

The room was not up to par. Hair in the bathtub, hair in the sink. The first room I was given, the door didn’t work. The second room was not clean. When I asked for a refund the hotel staff said they don’t do that and that I would have to pay a fee for leaving early. I was not going to stay there. And I am not paying that fee.

Absolutely horrible hotel! Rooms were very poorly maintainer whether HVAC not working or door lock not working. At a time only1 room key will work even if front desk provides 2. They provide 2 keys with a disclosure only 1of them work & we do not know which 1 so mark 1 with a black marker; so customer tries & figure which one will work. If you try to get other one worked; previously working key will stop. The coldest day in 15 years in Orlando & heater doesn;t work. I got room changed but figured that they provided same room to another customer without fixing so staff is not really bothered. Same goes with room cleaning; they do not do on own & ask to tell front desk if you want to clean but despite that they do not. Even breakfast was limited items & staff has been told not to fill up once its over. Horrible horrible; not meeting Choice/ Quality Inn nor standard at all.

The room had left over sheets and dirty towels from the last guest and also there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and also the ac didn’t work even when you put the heat on it just blew cold air even tho the room was freezing itself the key they gave for the room also stopped working after night one and I had to get another one
