The lobby is beautiful and front desk was friendly and helpful, but once you entered the room I t was very outdated. The apartment smelled old and so was the furniture. Kitchen had barely anything.The amenities were okay. Pool was nice. The restaurant also acts as a pool bar and room service with a very limited menu consisted of fast food. I will not come back.

Spacious rooms, great communication with management. Some things need to be updated probably due to no one telling them that things are broken. Probably afraid they would be charged for them. The toilet constantly runs and has hot water running to them so the seats has moisture on them. And the shower runs out of hot water quickly. The dryer vent is broken so it falls out when you dry your clothes.

The check in was great. The personal were excellent. Due to my status we were supposed to receive a bottle of wine and an upgraded room (if available). The hotel was packed, so we understood not getting the upgraded room but the person who checked us in said they were sending the wine up to the room…that never happened. When I questioned the front desk on again (different person) they said it wasn’t part of our booking package even though another employee said it was. The unit was large and on the surface very nice. However, we noticed the floor of the unit was filthy, specifically the carpet. We didn’t notice until we were barefoot after coming back from the pool. I told the front desk on exit and it seemed tas if hey could care less. The pools are nice but no policing the people holding chair with towels, all day. The umbrellas are short for the size of the main pool and the second pool has 1 permanent structure that can cover 3-4 chairs. Zero umbrellas there. This place has everything you’d want in a stay with family but it’s still lacking.

Overall a great value for a family suite with space and amenities. It was outdated yet clean and beds were fine. They do not have abc network so had to buy a fire stick to watch a game. The property grounds were well maintained as well as the pool and the bar and restaurant had a good selection!

Pleased with how clean and close by it was to attractions and restaurants. Housekeeping was polite and gave me more washing powder when I needed it (1 week stay.) I wouldn’t mind booking here again. Management and front desk were all pleasant. My kids didn’t want to leave! Lol

We stayed here last year and kinda liked it so we came back because of that and that's were the sh$@ show starts I killed 5 roaches our room the pool was dirty we said never again just not a good time the bar tender was cool though you would think as much as they charge they would keep the rooms spayed and up date the TV's please and keep the pool clean we found food and dirt probably want come back and we like your hotel it hurts to leave a bad review for this please but I have too I know no one will read this that owns this property but please update and clean it up and who knows well probably be back
