I will start by saying the lobby and pool area are absolutely beautiful, and the staff at check in were very friendly. The cafe is nice and the food was great at fair prices. The room was outdated and run down. The bathtub in the master wouldn’t drain and there was mold on the stopper. The other bathtub didn’t drain so when you’re showering you’re standing in a couple inches of water which is gross. My kids feet were black after walking on the floors. The couches were not comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have enough supplies to make a meal. The TVs wouldn’t turn on with the remotes for some reason. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay again. In major need of renovation or at least a deep cleaning and maintenance.

The room was falling apart. Showers leaking, bifold by master tub falling off. Remote missing out of one room, batteries missing out of other remotes. Smelled musty. Called for service, never came, went to from desk and nothing was fixed all day. Called again that night after being at parks all day, finally came but then we had no hot water to shower in after that. Staff except one lady at front desk was rude, hardly answered phone after ringing for ever. Had to fight for refund. Only gave one night refund after I contacted the management company. Will never return!

Spacious. Room did have an odor. In one of the rooms the rug was wet around the walls. Jacuzzi was nasty after I turned it on to rise it to have my daughter get it. Place has a lot of potential. It was quiet. Kids loved the pool area. Love the location next to everything we had a super late check in, and restaurants were open to late night. over all i will come back give it another chance.

There was mold on the ceiling. The floors were filthy, we had socks on, and they were black within minutes. I asked somebody for towels that was in the hallway with a bunch of clean towels and he said he couldn’t give them to me until I go to the office. I guess that’s how they do it. I really don’t know. Above the fan in the living room I don’t know if it was mold or rust all on top of the ceiling and on top of the fan. I just won’t stay here again.

Rooms are showing real signs of wear. Also EV charging has been broken for the last 2 years. They shouldn’t advertise ev charging when they don’t have any. I have been coming here for almost 20 years and it consistently gone downhill for the last few years. Probably won’t stay here again
