Called the front desk 3 times for clean towels…after the 4th call security brought the towels….total wait time was 3 hours. Waited 2 hours for pool towels…front desk was notified. Eventually got bath towels delivered instead. Someone came into our room while we were out and left a dustpan on the kitchen sink..was told that cleaners will only come into our room when we check out…obviously there was some miscommunication as we did not check out.

I liked that it wasn't overly crowded and the rooms were very spacisous and clean. I liked the proximity to parks. I wish there would have been more than one dining option alhough for a pool bar they had nice options

We love the Floridays. The units each have a washer/dryer and full kitchen, and a great soaking tub! The pool is great and very clean. Highly recommend for a place to stay as a family

Great Value Stay vs a Very Nice Stay

We don't travel often and 1st time to Orlando in 25 yrs. for a quick get away from the cold north. All we wanted was a nice pool. This was a great value stay vs a very nice stay. If that is what you are looking for this your place; clean, friendly and affordable. If I were to book again I would spend a little more for a newer hotel. But I have no complaints with our stay.
