Great stay

A great hotel. Room was large and include a full kitchen. The pool area was very nice. Included breakfast was a nice bonus. My son enjoyed the arcade as well. Shuttle to Disney was appreciated. We always enjoy our stays at Marriott hotels.

The TownePlace was a great place for a family on vacation to visit the area theme parks. The breakfast was great for everyone to get something to eat before heading out for the day. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms was comfortable for a family of 5 and having 2 bathrooms helped everyone get ready quickly.

My recent stay at TownePlace Suites was generally positive with a good overall experience. The property condition and facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The location around Lake Buena Vista was decent, providing reasonable access to Orlando's attractions. The cleanliness was average, with some room for improvement. The biggest disappointment was the staff and service, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. The front desk service was lacking and there were noticeable issues with responsiveness. Despite the service shortcomings, the good condition of the rooms and common areas made the stay worthwhile, especially considering its proximity to the theme parks.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, breakfast had a good selection and the pool is amazing. While my room setup was perfect, the room looked like it hadn't been used for awhile or wasn't cleaned properly. The baseboards were dirty with accumulated dust and some of the lights didn't work. However, I would stay again.

Very dated furnished suite with an airconditioning unit that was rattling loudly & had to be turned off to get some sleep. Some crockery was unwashed and several items of cutlery was missing Parking was $26 per night which was an unexpected charge

The property is ideally situated close to shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast was practically the same everyday so it could get boring however, there is a Dunkin Donuts not to far away if you are up for a change. Staff were not as friendly and could do with some customer service refreshers. Rooms were cleaned every other day. Generally good stay.
