Stayed here for 7 nights and I thought it was great. House keeping comes every 2-3 days and brings clean towels. The breakfast had a wide variety of things such as waffles, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bagels, muffins, etc. if you are someone with a gluten allergy this section might not be for you. Breakfast does end at 9:30 which made me feel a bit rushed in the morning so i wish it went a little longer. I liked how there was free shuttles to universal and Disney, and Ubers can easily pick up / drop off guests. There is plenty to do in the area and even a nice area to walk around. I would consider coming back!

None of the drains in our bathroom worked the room temperature could not be freely adjusted, and the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable

Convenient location. Nice to have laundry on site. Included breakfast was nice to have. Mickey waffles were good. Paying $30 a day for parking was a bit much but they did give the last 3 days of our 9 day trip for free with a code we received from the front desk. Overall an average hotel nice and close to shopping, parks and off site restaurants. The bar area at the hotel had limited food options but was ok food the one time we ate there . Would recommend to friends and family. It was too cold to use the pool when we were there but a nice pool area.

Did not get our Bonvoy points due to booking thru third party. Parking was separate and you had to pay using a QR code. The A/C in bedroom was very loud and hit during the night no matter what we tried. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm and could’ve been hotter. The carpet was loose and bunching up, it’s a trip or fall hazard.

The hotel staff is what changed my mind to stay. They were cery friendley and helpfull. Cleaniness could use some work (few hand prints on the wall and the counter and tables were stickly) and their water heat was different. Blue was hot and red was cold.
