I have stayed at Rosen many times and they never disappoint. Rooms are clean, comfortable. The service is always top notch and their deli - shop downstairs is a nice to have for those little things you forgot on a trip. Highly recommended.

It's ridiculous to pay for parking in a nearly empty enormous lot far from the actual rooms. Be prepared for a lot of walking. To cars, to pools, to rooms. It's a huge property. Not good, not bad just a lot! The security guard at the front guard house scolded me like I was a child for no reason. He tried to say that I didn't stop. I did. He talked to me condescendingly and it really put a damper on my overall impression of the property. I am always very kind. I am not sure if it's because I drive an old car and he thought I was delivering food and not a hotel guest or if he just had a chip on his shoulder that afternoon. It made me sad. It made my daughter sad to see me talked to like that. We had just had a wonderful time at Disney Springs and that dampened our spirits a bit. Overall, the property is beautiful. The pools, lobby, nature trail, room were all beautifully kept. Not sure if we would return due to the parking situation and the interaction with the security guard.

Rooms are very clean, showers are small and the last night the drain got plugged. Beautiful view and hotel but gratuity is included in everything and everything is expensive. Also dont be fooled, hotel stay is cheap but parking fee is a whopping $32 a night. I will stay again just with my own water and no car

Also a nice experience with the staff. The rooms are getting a little out dated and the entertainment center/dresser in the room looked like it need to be taken to the trash but the experience itself is always good here.

Very pretty on the on the drive up and outside- inside was so/so- The staff wasn't the most helpful, my first stay and the girl knew that- she could have been more helpful - there’s not many signs around for such a big hotel, and I asked about shuttle to parks which I knew they had - no one seemed to know anything about it - but yet it comes to the hotel to pick up guests- they looked at me like I had 5 heads - I ended up asking the second valet guy- The room smelled like a hotel, couldn’t have been a little fresher.
