We were there for 4 nights. TV didnt work for 2 of the days. We tried to cancel our last night November 4th thru 5th but was told we would be charged anyway. I also bought into the Marriott abound time share, which I have 10 days to back out. Im seriously thinking of backing out.

Nice enough room but pretty frustrated with all the extra charges and the walkability from the property to the event i was in orlando for. The cleaning staff left extra unnecessary items in the room (obviously fogot them) and didnt pay attention so i had 2 bags of decaf coffee which was useless. They also did a whole dishwashing cycle for 1 cup and 1 spoon...wasteful

They should state the fact that you can’t use cash at this resort !! Management was not accommodating as well . They pretty much stated I had choice to cancel when I was there with a fee . Customer service was not present what so ever !! I will never stay with Sheraton if I can help it !

This property was absolutely amazing on so many different levels, but I'll try to be brief so as not to lose the reader. From the beautiful landscape to the spotless rooms and the friendly staff who genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome, our experience was one we will never forget. In fact, we are now discussing the prospect of swapping out our next cruise for a week long stay at this sheraton vistana villas. The restaurants on site are a bit pricey, but the food was excellent! 10 out of 10!
