We felt like at home, big rooms, clean and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge facility with nice pools and restaurants. Close to main attractions. The only thing we can mention is that we had to as cleaning personnel to refill bathroom and kitchen supplies.

Accommodation were phenomenal. Rooms were comfortable and up to date. Lots of charging ports. Bath area configuration was a bit strange, and cramped. We agreed to a sales presentation in exchange for compensation and a late check out. The day before our appointment we received calls and texts telling us our appointment was that day. Our paper said otherwise.Then on the day of checkout, we received several vists from staff telling us we had to be out of the room at 10am instead of the late checkout we were promised.

The property itself was very nice and well kept. It was easy to get around the property and was convenient to a lot of attractions and restaurants. They have 6 different pools which we went to the super pool which was spacious and not crowded. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again my next time in the area.

Room itself was clean , the hot tub was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, turned it on to take a bath and the amount of stuff coming out of the jets was repulsive, and if you didn’t pay extra to have your room clean they will not clean it nor give you new towels. Their are much nicer places to stay in Orlando area for the price they charge, Also even though your a Marriot member that useless at this resort no perks whatsoever not sure why they say Marriot members welcome

They send you to multiple desks at check-in the last desk where you get your parking pass they try to sell you timeshare so the total check in time took almost 30 minutes. Property is very very spread out. No one would ever answer to try to get shuttle service to get to the pool or to the front desk where Uber picks up. There are no ice machines you have to buy bags of ice at the front so you have to keep driving back-and-forth if you need something only one bartender at the pool line for drinks were long taking up to 30-40 minutes to get a drink. Would not stay here again.
