Our family just returned from an incredible 8-day stay at your resort, and we wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. We absolutely loved the resort facilities, which catered perfectly to our needs. The staff across the board were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities provided were top-notch and truly enhanced our vacation. We also want to commend your shuttle transportation service, which was fantastic and made getting around so convenient. Moreover, our in-room dining food experience was excellent – the quality and taste were superb. A special mention goes to the breakfast – it was super yummy with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. El cuarto es pequeño, luce viejo, tiene carpeta y se sentia sucia. La puerta de la bañera estaba dañada y se inundaba todo el baño cuando se usaba. Perdi mucho tiempo llamando para pedir servicios de mantenimiento. La picina es mas pequeña de lo que la presentan en el Internet y extremadamente pequeña para la cantidad de personas que este hotel hospeda. Perder tiempo para discutir el cargo por el uso del resort cuando no se pudo utilizar. No vale lo que cuesta este hotel por noche😑

Could have been better

I didnt like how the front desk kept saying that because we booked it thru hotels.com then they couldnt assist us with our request. We stayed in a room that had 2 beds which was fine, but the sheet of one of the beds had blood stain. Yuck!! After my husband complaint, and then fighting us that we had booked thru hotels.com, once my husband told them about the blood one the sheets, they immediately moved us.

We had to move rooms as our first family room was so small and smelt really damp - we were worried about our health so had to move. We then moved into two rooms to have more space and weren’t helped at all by the bellman - kept being promised but he never came. We then had our car parked in the hotel car park and a leaking pipe dripped rusty water onto our car which couldn’t be washed off so now we will have to deal with that with our car rental company and the hotel. Reception was also seriously understaffed, asking for anything at all took hours of our holiday.

Valet charged my car to someone else’s room and took forever to retrieve. The system as it was explained did not make any sense as supposedly the Front Desk texts the Valet when the daily parking fee has been paid to then proceed to recover the car.
