Very basic, but clean and nice property with very helpful staff, and proximity to Universal Epic. Not an issue for us, but just to add - hot tub wasn’t working.

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was missing an ice bucket and the front desk said they did not have access to the buckets so they gave us several liners. When we woke up both sinks were backed up with standing water. The water eventually drained.

The hot tub was cold, and they claimed it isn't advertised as being available for a reason. It was 25⁰F and my room's heater didn't work. The staff provided extra blankets and that was enough, thankfully. Still not a good stay.

The room was clean and spacious but lacked some needed items. No tissues, no hooks for towels at all. Needed a hairdryer but they couldn't put one in till the next day. Had to go to a check out room that hadn't bern cleaned yet to use that dryer. Staff was helpful in this regard and at check in and out. Breakfast consisted of waffles and other standard cold breakfast fare. Looked unappealing so skipped and didn't need to pay $12pp. Misleading shuttle info, the shuttle offered does not go to Epic Universe. yet

We got there and first things the key didn't work told them i was told someone would come fix it decided to go to the office and got two more keys that didn't work. They left us standing outside for over 20 minutes in the cold . I requested another room. The curtain didn't close on side had to use bandages to hold it to the wall. It was so noisy all night we could hear the pool gate bring opened and closed.

Very good price for what I received. Very clean and comfortable room with basic amenities such as TV and shower. Amazing location for local restaurants, activities and not too far from the parks (Universal in walking distance). Although I didn’t spend much time in the room, I had zero noteworthy issues and would happily stay again in the future! :)

Checking into this hotel was very awkward. I have stayed in this area many times. I've never had to have the front desk take a picture of me and to photocopy my driver's license. The whole check-in process made things feel sketchy. Inside the room The TV did not work. I even tried to plug the power cord into different areas to see if I could get it to work and it would not. I didn't mind too much because I was only staying there one night. But still the TV should work. If you do get a room that is facing west, good luck on sleeping if you are a light sleeper. As the traffic sounds like it is right inside the room with you. But like they say you pay for what you get.
