Decent price and decent quality stay.

When we checked in and got to our room everything looked fine. When we got to the room and checked it out there were stains on the furniture. Now with that being said the main desk said that they were under new management and starting renovations. So most things were minor and they didn’t effect our stay.

Very nice room. Luckily I got a newly renovated room with a mini fridge and microwave and it really makes a difference when traveling on a budget. Nice friendly staff. Off the main road which is nice. Waking distance to many restaurants.

Nothing to like, my number one response would be ROAH HOTEL. Checked in at 1am and within an hour saw ten roaches, stains on the floor, bad odor, toilet broken, the bathroom had mold. I'm still battling getting my refund back because I left at 3am and had to pay an upcharge elsewhere.

Atleast Water bottles should be complementary. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean and have stains on it. The carpet had a big stain too. The TV was not working.

If you only need a place to sleep.

I stayed here for five nights. There was a sign stating that new management took over roughly six months ago, so I assumed things wouldn't be perfect. I stood in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. I'm literally the only person there besides three staff members behind the counter. Finally, one said it would be just a minute after sitting there ignoring me for five. breakfast isn't included-I knew this ahead of time. However, there was no free tea/coffee in the lobby. I was planning to get a coffee before heading out for the day during my stay. I didn't use the pool. It was too cold outside. The room is poorly organized. One nightstand had everything needed and the other had nothing. No lamp, phone, plug-in, etc. The microwave was plugged into a burnt outlet. Microwave leaned forward. The first sink had little to no water coming out of the faucet. The sink in the bathroom had a leaking faucet. My final thoughts. This is a hotel that provides the basics. A place to sleep. If you are looking for more than that, look somewhere else.

Property is undergoing renovation. I got a peak at some of the renovation in progress, the floors are being replaced, and walls too. Along with the fixtures. I think it will look and feel nicer when they are done with renovations. The room I stayed in hasn’t been renovated yet. It was obvious that upgrades are needed to the old rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I did not care for the shower head, the water pressure and water stream were uncomfortably intense. I wasn’t able to get the bath faucet from shower to tub for a soak. My room did not have any facial tissues, but I also did not call housekeeping to ask for any. I would return if I’m in the area again, and after renovations are completed.
