Careful of the parking charge surprise!!!

Surprise! A surprise charge of $27/day for parking. Price advertised did not include this fee or listed on their page. It took them 10min. to try to find it and said you have to click 'more details' to find it. I said what if I don't click on more details, which I did not when I made the reservation. Anyway, I tried to find it when I went to my room and still could not find any mention of an additional charge for parking. I was at the front desk for more than 20min. and finally said, look, I have to go to the bathroom after 3hrs. drive. We'll take care of it later. Then, got to my room, and they did not give me any instructions on how to get on WiFi. I called, they tried to talk me through it and their instructions didn't work. Then, they sent the manager up and said I have to do something to my Apple Phone first, which she showed me how, and then we went to my computer, and it still didn't work, what ever she did. So, we rebooted the phone and computer and it finally worked. Almost 20min. in my rooom, just to to get on WiFi. Crazy! Never experience this kind of poor welcome service in my life. I'll never stay here again and if they try to charge me $54 for parking, I will dispute the charge. I have screen shots to prove all of what I'm saying.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast which had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. I also really appreciated having access to the pool, which was clean and a perfect way to unwind. The location was another big plus seeing as it was close to everything I needed but still quiet enough to relax. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Left my room. I had a cute little kitchen that I was there for work for a week. It was very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a decent breakfast in the morning. I did not use any other facilities, but definitely a family friendly facility.

Great location with acess to shopping areas either 5 min walk or further out 10 to 20 mins. Easy to get to Universal, Sea world ,Disney. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was very spacious; bedroom living room kitchen and bathroom for a very low price....great bargain. A downside for me was that there wasn't a safe in the room and although the coffee was great the breakfast cud have had a little more variety but was expected of a typical continental breakfast. Don't worry there is a McD nextdoor 😊. If i ever visit again this is my place to stay.

Breakfast is posted from 7-10am. Many breakfast items finish within 2 hours and staff do not refresh the items. When asked, they just say there is no more.

Disappointed to say the least. This place was definitely not that clean but it worked for what we needed it for. There was a hair in the shower when we got there and we were not supplied with fresh towels. The walls and shower seemed to be in a bit of disrepair. Bed was ok.. no bed bugs at least. The biggest issue I had was that you have to pay to park and when you scan the QR code it says valet but there is definitely no valet. We paid over $400 just to park for 4 nights. Why?? It is close to a Starbucks which was great because breakfast was mediocre at best.

The receptionist is by far the rudest ! She said her name is T We arrived an hour before check in time she charged us 25 per room so we can get in our room Rooms are cleaned every other day ! Breakfast is ok and filling Hotel is good for families When we checked out today my husband asked the front office last about her name and business card . An hour after we left I received a messages that the $50 I paid to check in an hour early has been refunded .

Charged me for my service dog that was wearing a service vest and I repeatedly told the receptionist that he was a service dog. When I came in late receptionist was eating at the desk and was more interested in the bowl of food then helping me. Gave off negative vibes with attitude. Booked 4 nights but stayed one. Will not be staying there again. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Do better!
