All in all excellent hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Some wear and tear in the room for such a new hotel. Pool area is very nice but water was very cold for being heated. Great housekeeping and very helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed our stay

Everything was fine and even better. But I just cannot get past $26 to park my vehicle. Disgraceful. Pay $200 for one night and have to pay $26 to park for a few hours. Unacceptable. I will NOT be back.

It was a great stay, honestly. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was appetizing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the proximity to Universal Studios was prime. The only thing that sucked was having to pay $26 a night for parking. Otherwise, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others!
