Room didn’t get any features other than a tv and a refrigerator No cups no plates no silverware. They also had two coils stove but no pots or pans. In the bathroom no shampoo no hair blower. We were really disappointed

Roaches were in the room. The smell outside the rooms were not well. Guest put their trash outside my door on the first night. The staff was delightful, check in and check out was great. I’ve stayed at WoodSpring Miramar location is very clean.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This was more like an extended stay. Families actually lived there at the property. I should have knew better from the price. I was booked for two nights but could not do the second night. Arriving the first night my sheets were dirty I went to the front desk to see if they could Chan them and she went to the back and brought me sheets to change them myself. I immediately checked out the next morning. Never again. The room just felt dirty.

The staff was great but it wasn't mentioned when booking that it was an extended stay hotel. There was no cleaning service while there because it was only every 2 weeks. I blame hotels.com for this and feel I deserve a refund

A hidden gem!! Good prices for a suite. Clean and spacious room. Good location with restaurants close. Also close to I- trolley stop.

When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a booking. I had booked about a month prior. I was asked If I could find the booking reference or receipt, from hotels.com There was no connection inside so I had to go out to get this to load. In the 30 seconds I was outside the door was locked and front desk shutter closed, I had to call the phone number on the door and the person I had just spoken to at the front desk didn’t seem to remember me. I showed him the booking and was told as he hadn’t got it and that I would have to go elsewhere. I was late checking in due to a late flight and my first rental car having a mechanical issue, however I don’t think that made a difference as they had no reference of my booking anyway.
