I really liked the property. So convenient and excellent view of the castle. Bathroom needs a little updating. Staff was excellent except for one man at the customers relations desk who clearly was irritated when I asked him about a dinner recommendation. But otherwise the staff was amazing.

Great Staff

This was our last stop on a fairly long family vacation. We found the hotel to be very accommodating and very kind. We asked for beds to made softer and the staff immediately came in with extra toppers. Everyone in the hotel could not have been kinder or more helpful. A beautiful sprawling hotel lobby greets you. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Plenty of choice for restaurants in the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. Only disappoint was the noise that leaked through from the room above. The location is 10 minutes from Osaka Castle. Its well served by Metro stops.

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated but clean. I have stayed here a couple times. I have to say the services this year was not as good as last year. Not sure what changed. But overall, it is a clean hotel in a very good area. Few steps to osaka castle and park.

Osaka stay

Great location.; beautiful view in Osaka. Fitness, tennis, use of pool all required additional charges but considering the low nightly price, this was reasonable. Rooms need some updating.

As a whole the hotel met our expectation. However, we were dissapointed there was no English news like BBC available on the TV channel. For a 5 star hotel catering to a diverse international community in a rapid changing world due to various conflicts not been able to watch it on TV it is dissapointing

Rooms are dated. Beds a cheap and super hard!!! Staff is very nice and friendly though and our view was amazing. The area is also nice. Jo Terrace across the street has a ton of dining options. I liked the area and location. Rooms just need a serious facelift!!!
