Japanese old luxury hotel with massive lobby and many shops and restaurants. Reserved delux twin with nice view of Osaka castle. Outdoor swimming pool is good size and the new gym was ok but Additional charge for hotel guests, some staffs were not friendly nor helpful. I was very disappointed the bathroom. Very small plastic unit bathtub with shower curtain.

The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

The goodness and recommendation.

The most staff of hotel were so kind. So my stay of Hotel New Otani Osaka was very comfortable and perfect. The building of hotel was old, but clean. The castle view was wonderful. I recommend that fee of swimming pool and gym is free and the number of shuttle bus to kansai international airport is increased. Thank you.
