This hotel was fantastic! Very nice and clean with a great view of the Aji River. It's conveniently located near the train station, so getting around in the city was very easy. Best part was able to walk to Universal Studios and many options for dining and shopping. Can't wait to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Plus Experience! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel right across from Universal Studios Japan! Everything was stunning—super spacious, sparkling clean, and so thoughtfully designed. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—just minutes away from both Universal Studios and the train station. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional customer service—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night! A tip for future guests: Definitely book through Expedia! The price was significantly better than booking directly at the hotel, and it made a huge difference when we extended our stay. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our time in Japan, this one was by far the most spacious, the most comfortable, and overall the best. We highly recommend it—5 stars plus! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

Convenient to Universal Studios and all the things around it. For when you’re in your room it would be nice to have a Netflix option.

After staying in a small hotel in Tokyo, this was dream space! So close to Universal and boat to the aquarium. Laundry facilities were great too! However, after doing Disneyland Tokyo…I found all the prices quite high in the market and gift shop.

It was so easy to walk to from the train station and then you could walk right into Universal by crossing one street. Clean, great rooms, excellent staff
