Across the street from Universal entrance and the City walk. JR Train station is right there as well. Very clean, perfect room. I enjoyed the toiletries that were in the room. Gift shop had some good souvenirs. I recommend this property.

Great view great room. Friendly staff. Lockers that require 100 yen but you get your money back when you are done with it very convenient. Dont have to wait to guest services. Quck easy check in. Great ammenities. Nice buffet breakfast.

A great base when going to Universal studios or the tempozan area. Perfect location for families with large rooms and lots to see and do around the property. I would definitely recommend. The only reason I didn’t give perfect marks was because our room had a slight curry type smell that lingered the whole time which was weird. Other than that, it was great!

I arrived very late and very tired and the desk staff was incredibly kind, helped me pay my taxi and get settled into my room. The room was charming with a great view of Universal theme park. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel. There were so many food choices and the food was delicious. The room amenities were so good. I loved the restroom and deep tub. The station was nearby so traveling around Osaka was easy, I was also able to easily send my luggage to the next hotel for a very good price. I loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect spot if you're visiting Universal Studios Japan. The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent for subway, shopping, and theme park visits. This hotel was literally outside of the subway stop for Universal Studios. You walk out one direction and you're at CityWalk. You walk out the other direction and you're at your hotel. The lobby have plenty of options for food and even a shopping center for the kids. The hotel is right on the port so you have fresh air all day and a nice view of the water. I love this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Kids love it. Accommodation is clean and conveniently located to Universal Studio. The only downside is that we have to transfer to Osaka or Shin Osaka every time when we explore other part of the city or nearby city
