We absolutely loved this hotel! It was so grand and beautiful once you walk in. The staff was very nice and always smiling. We chose this hotel to be near universal studios and it was perfect to ride the train just one stop, which the was just across the street. We had a view of the suspension bridge, which lit up at night. Taking the elevator you could see the entire universal studios. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. It was buffet style and had so many options for food, drinks and dessert. It is far from the main city of Osaka, but it forced us to get up and start our day, which we liked. Overall, beautiful hotel, extremely large room and wonderful staff!

The area was very clean and the convenient walk to the train station was a huge plus. It also didn’t hurt to have a 7/11 literally right next to your hotel ;) The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this hotel to folks planning on venturing to Osaka and/or Universal Studios Japan.

The hotel's elevators give a great view of Universal Studios, the spa is awesome, massage chairs outside the spa, and the breakfast buffet has everything from frenchtoast to fish rice bowls. Great stay!!

I think this is the best hotel at the Osaka Bay. The service is phenomenal and the room is very comfy, I almost did not want to leave my room and just relax there. Tho, I hope they would allow people with small tattoos to use the spa by providing patches to cover them up.

Great for Universal

Ideal location in Osaka for Universal and train links, staff went above and beyond to help find my daughters Ipad she left in the train, and we thankfully got it back. Can't fault anything for the price we paid highly recommend!
