While the hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly, i was charged 300 dollars for booking then another 382 dollars upon arriving. I did get my 200 dollar deposit back but have not yet received my other 300 dollars back. The room with tax came out to 182 and change.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff before, during and after check-in was super. The room was very quiet. We could not tell that we were near an airport. My only complaint is the cleaning product they use on the carpets. It is the same one used on the other venue I attended yesterday and my clothes reek of it. My travelling companion and I both find it very unpleasant. That is why I say only 4 stars for cleanliness.

It was particularly "sympathique" and very clean. Charming front desk folks with gentle mannerisms. Just love the place. Important in decision to stay there was breakfast included. See them again next year or maybe before then. Wish them all the best for continued success and prosperity.
