First off the front desk staff gave us the wrong room number. When I went down to inquire because the key wouldn’t work, instead of verifying the room number and rekeying she told me to go wait for maintenance. We went back to the room and maintenance came, opened the door and there was someone already in the room. That poor person. She was traumatized, someone able to just barge right in. Then they didn’t have any forms for the airport parking discount. The front desk staff had written the wrong number on the card folder. Shane on her for not double checking. They should have given that lady her room for free and then some.

Price was discounted when I booked. So good deal. Has everything you need from a hotel. Has a restaurant on first floor. Pet friendly with a pet relief area. They even supply poop bags. Close to airport. Hotel provides shuttle service. The bathroom fan was loud.

A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not assessible. I could get in the pool but difficult to get out but did have a chair lift out. Did not attempt hot tub as stairs were deeper than the pool. Very disappointed but everything else was awesome
