The pool was not easily accessible and we had chosen this hotel specifically for the pool. We had to leave the premises in -20 degree weather to access the pool. Additionally the shower did not drain. The staff and service were good

DO NOT STAY HERE

It has been awful! The staff is rude, they did not disclose that the pool level is under construction and there is no access to the pool. Told us we’d have to walk around the block with our kids to access the pool. Under ground parking is a mess. Elevators take forever, we booked this hotel for the pool no disclosure of any issue until you arrive it’s false advertising. Will never stay here agai.

The temperature in the rooms was very hot! No maintenance people to help on a wknd. Parking was next door at another hotel. Our vehicle was too high for 2 of the parking floors and we had to walk 2 floors inside the parking garage to get in or out. Our fridge was not cold and knob seemed to be broken. Location was perfect and price was reasonable. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
