Fantastic location in Ottawa which is walkable to areas of interest but out of the way. Mark was fantastic upon arrival and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Room was wonderful with a washer and dryer for the kids

Condo style property with washer/dryer, stove and full—sized fridge. Visible damage in the room - chipped mirror, dented wall, bathroom fan that sounded like constant drilling. Note that this is not a typical hotel with daily housekeeping included in the price. If you want that it’s extra fee. Description says “smart tv with Netflix”, when asked, staff provided conflicting info whether Netflix is included, not a dealbreaker but just inconsistent info.
