The balcony view of the plaza lights close to Christmas was amazing. We enjoyed the concierge level benefits with breakfast in particular. The checkin/out was seamless and valet was quick despite being quite crowded, we did leave right at checkout time. Overall a wonderful stay

At check in there were 6 people waiting to check in, when one of the two registration staff simply left her post and didn't return, ugh. All other staff have been awesome. Room is clean, sink drain is clogged needs attention drains slowly. There is a hard desk chair, but no comfortable seating in room. When we stayed here recently there was an upholstered comfyy chair in our room to sit in.

Only one person at the desk to check in guests. Waited 15-20 minutes in line. Person was nice, however more staff is needed for a hotel with rooms at this price point. I will look to stay at another hotel comparably priced on future trips.

The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. There were brownish red stains on the carpet. There was a brownish red smudge on the blanket on the bed. There were streaks of lotion or something running down the wall near the bathroom. When I went out on the balcony and looked in their grass there was trash and a dirty diaper out there. I had to pay to park, which is obsurd. The check-in staff was fine. However, every other intetaction that I had with the staff was not pleasant. Everytime we asked for something they acted like they were doing us a favor. I will not be going back.

Overall we had a nice time at this hotel and the room was quite large. The view of the Plaza lights was great. However, it is a very expensive hotel and there was visible water damage to the room. The sink bowl in the bathroom was severely cracked and the shower gel bottle in the shower was empty. I didn't notice these things until after we had unpacked so didn't ask to change rooms. I did show a photo of the dirt on the floor and water damage in a corner of the room to the lady at the front desk. She seemed surprised and showed a maintenance man who just commented that it was water damage from the HVAC unit. No sorry about that or offer to take a few dollars off our almost $300 hotel bill. Can't see being a repeat customer at this hotel due to the price and state of the room.

The location and view were the best! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and nice bath amenities. The room was large and spacious with a sofa bed included. We loved the balcony and look forward to a summer stay to use the pool!

Room had plenty of room, Clean with a nice window view. I was perfect for our 54th anniversary. Easy walking distance from the Capital Grill for excellent dinning. The hotel offered a nice breakfast with a view to the Plaza.
