Property in complete disrepair. Any “2023 Remodel” was done by the lowest bidder and it shows. Flooring spongy and soft and clearly placed over uneven subfloors. Staining on sheets, pillows and WALLS. Both elevators so loud it’s hard to sleep from any room of many we had. Doorways literally crooked and not square to the point there was light around the entrance door up to 1.5 inch’s. Solid 15 minutes for shower to turn lukewarm. Absolute disgrace and embarrassing for a Comfort inn. Take your money else where.

No fire hose on second floor. Only one ice machine for the whole entire hotel and was broken. So no ice front desk was surprised. Funny chemical fragrance in hallways. Plus for Expedia I was able to get a hotel last minute for a crowded sporting event.

This was an OK place in a strange and desolate location. The A/C was very noisy. The whole place had sort of a cheap air about it. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Johnson City, but that was not available.

This hotel is affordable, close to shopping, clean and offers free breakfast. We've stayed here several times already, and it will continue to be our go-to hotel in Johnson City.

The only ice machine onsite does not work. Even though the AC is set to 60, it is no way near that. The door sticks and takes an extra shove to get it closed. Even if it is only me, only one bath size towel? The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion?? No body wash?

Very good value but maintenance falls short.

The front desk is excellent to start off. I messed up my reservation and they honored my change request. The breakfast was very good given the cost of the stay. The only problem I had was the condition. My bathroom door stuck so bad because the bottom was completely rotted away. Also there was some stuff in the bathroom on the floor under the vanity that I was afraid to get close to. It might have been some hardened epoxy or caulk but to just leave it there? The toilet would fill randomly in the middle of the night keeping me up. I should have spoken up and got a room change but I was exhausted from work. It's a nice hotel but they are just letting it rot away.
