Overall was comfortable and rooms were clean. Only feedback is that the patio needed some leaves removed and swept. Area around front porch too needed some clean up. We enjoyed it though and would stay here again. The self check-in was nice.

Rooms a bit small, night stand an IKEA flimsy metal piece. Not a real good value. Older property that has been fixed up. Next time I’ll just stay downtown by the springs.

The hotel was nice. Communication with management was spotty. A week out we asked for a one hour late checkout as we were scheduled to raft in the morning and wanted to return to change clothes. I did not receive a response. A few days out I emailed and texted again. I was told to ask again on the day I checked in. I did as requested and was provided the hour. Upon return to our room before the actual checkout time, our room was being cleaned. I’ll assume management didn’t tell housekeeping about the approved late checkout.

Someone else’s food in the mini frig when we entered the room. There was no front desk to address issues and when we sent a text, as they requested, it never did get a reply. There was also no ice machine. It had to go during bar hours across the parking lot to get ice if you want ice. Terrible night sleep.

We had the spacious on suite. It was perfect for our family. The kids were bummed no microwave to heat up their leftovers but otherwise it was perfect. There is a speakeasy in front of the property for a beverage and to relax.

Shower head needs replaced, hot water took a long time to get hot, more accessible electrical outlets in bedroom would be nice, no microwave, elevated toilets would be nice for us older customers. Note: These are suggestions, not complaints. Enjoyed facility very much!

Unfortunately with the construction it was a little crazy. We do not like fragrance and it was over whelming for us so we had to open windows which increased the noise levels trifold. Just another consideration would be the toilet. It sits very low and you cannot open the bathroom door without hitting the toilet. The flush mechanism hits the top of the toilet bowl which made a loud bang. We felt badly for our neighbors.
