Property was a little dated. No hangers in wardrobe. No room slippers despite my writing in advance to request for them. Breakfast restaurant not staffed adequately. Coffee mugs ran out frequently and fruits not replenished. Few staff truly proficient in English. Would have appreciated a warning to avoid going through the National Park and paying 1230 THB for my family and car just to get to the property which lies just 500m outside of the park. Paid a second time to visit the park the next day and if not for my asking around for an alternative route, could have had to pay a third time going back to Bangkok!

This place is almost perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the Isan theme throughout the room and hotel. We had driven all day to get there, and we were so hungry. We called a little before 9:00, when they stop cooking and they had dinner waiting for us when we arrived at 9:20! Amazing! My only complaint was that our water did not stay a consistent temp and was rarely warm enough. The sink is in the bedroom area, and we both thought if it was there, there should be a door separating it from the bed. I think it would be an easy fix. Food was delicious, there are lots of other great places to eat, and you are really close to the main entrance of Khao Yai National Park — a must visit for sure. We will be back here!!

Staff are very kind and were able to assist with finding a cab to the park and back. Would recommend for those looking to travel to Khao Yai! It is the closest to the entrance of the park

The location is golden because it’s located near Khao Yai National Park and famous Isaan restaurant “Penlaos”. The room is somewhat clean, but they might have to deal with insects i.e. ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s also the problem with hot water as I’ve read in many comments before. The truth is, you have to turn the hot water tap into the right position and it will come out, but still, I think the shower set is need to be fixed or replaced since when it’s hot, it’s really hot. Frankly, on my check-out day, there’s no hot water coming out even though I’ve tried to turn the tap in every directions. There’s a mold spotted in the shower section. The staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. I give them 10/10.

There were not many vegetarian options in the morning buffet breakfast. I had to just eat salad and cereal one of the days. Everything either has meat or fish sauce in it. It would be nice to have a few hot items to be vegetarian. Also it would be nice if vegetarian items be marked. Otherwise each person will need to continuously keep asking staff as to what is vegetarian and what is not. Since this is a popular tourist destination, the above is not an unreasonable request
