This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath beach cottage will welcome your family as you enjoy the huge private backyard, cozy lounging areas, and ample driveway parking for up to 5. Nestled on a quiet street you will find your perfect private retreat.  Seacrest Drive is only a 5 minute bike ride to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 1 mile East from the Hub. You will delight over a breakfast stop to Charlies Donuts, Lunch at George's, and Dinner at Pescado's in Rosemary Beach.

     Located on a large quarter acre lot, this home will offer you privacy to relax and enjoy all the outdoor living you could dream of.  Inside you will enjoy a light, inviting, and relaxing atmosphere to spend time with friends and family in. The open concept floorplan includes a modern gourmet kitchen with white quartz countertops, an oversized stainless high-end refrigerator, wine fridge, and Keurig! 

     You will find a lovely half bathroom and large walk-in pantry just off of the full-size laundry room. The family-style dining room seats 6 at the table with 2 additional seats at the bar top. Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee
