The staff was friendly & accommodating. Best beach in Aruba only steps away as well as a couple fine restaurants nearby. However, there arent any stores within walking distance & the noise from the street( loud motorcycles, squealing tires) most nights was quite hard to deal with. Most nights i was forced wear earplugs to fall asleep. I dont think i would recommend this hotel
Overall property is good just a little outdated definitely 3 star. Friday nights get a lot of noise from the bike drifting and nobody seems to care about it.
Nice clean rooms, close to surfside beach, short walk to downtown and easy taxi rice to airport, friendly staff, clean pool, and good for both adults and families with children.
There is some street noise at night from a street side bar opposite the hotel as well as some young crown doing stunts on the road with bikes and cars…but not too bad
The hotel bar is average, and the convenience store doesn’t remain open long hours..
However we liked our stay overall. Will revisit.
The property is average I would say. But, the restaurant staff is not that welcoming. They’re not automatic. For the front desk there was only one that really does the job and I think her name is Liz. For the cleanliness I would say to use some air refresher inside the room. The day we got there my nose reacted immediately. But, I like the area how walkable it is the ocean, restaurant by the beach was really amazing.
Overall, a lovely place. Clean and staff was nice. Had a two bedroom unit. Two burner hot plate was kind of tight and took a while to heat up and no oven. Biggest issues: no hot water in kitchen and the wifi didn't quite reach the bedrooms (it worked fine in family room). Beach across the street and Reflexions restaurant on the beach was nice and not overly expensive. Running trail nearby but no workout room. I asked for a can opener and bigger coffee maker and they were provided quickly. Individual A/C in each room.
Before you book, be sure it's not during carvinal/boatfest. We came in on January 12, 2025 and couldn't get asleep until 1am or so.
BUT, the rest of the week was perfect. Even though by the airport, I didn't really notice plane noise while sleeping.
It's the talk of the town, 4 all the wrong reasons
Looks like it was probably amazing when it first opened and then was never updated or maintained since. Landscaping, poolside, rooms, all outdated and almost dilapidated.
Amazing great hotel talk of the town very friendly ground flour best beach every one very friendly going back next winter will stay at same hotel every one on island supper nice

Most convenient to airport.
Aruba welcome is here!
Customer service is not up to the mark and the price you pay is not worth staying here at all. Toilet flush was not working from the day 1 and no service available after 8 pm in night. Location is close to beach but quiet noisy room with lot of bikes revving so loudly you can not have a sound sleep. Rooms are not sound proof or not designed properly for stay.
Pros: Clean, without asking we got everyday new towels and bed sheets.
Good location, 15 min walk on the beautiful beach sidewalk and you can reach downtown Renaissance Plaza and main bus station. It's not a fancy place just basic. Enough storage space in the room, small fridge and microwave.
Cons: Noise, you can't sleep. The bars across the street play loud base music that vibrates in the room until midnight, and you can hear all the noise even when sitting in the hotel garden. Motor cycles also gather across the street and make too much noises, so if it is not the music it's the motorcycles. I would go back to the hotel ONLY IF i can secure a room away from the street. Management offered us another room that we refused because it was still facing the street we didn't want to risk paying extra 20$per night to still hear noise. Go somewhere else if you are seeking peace and quiet and wanting to spend quiet time in the garden.
Ideally the hotel should make some deal with the business across the street for the loud base music and call police for the motorbikes,it's too bad because it is a nice cozy place.
Advise: book the hotel only if sleep is not your priority or if you can book a room away from the street.
Didn't try breakfast, didn't swim in the pool.
My husbabd and I barely stayed there because our goal was to explore the island and not spend time relaxing in the hotel.
