We chose a deluxe room, very small for the exorbitant price tag of $1000 per night. Next to a lift so noisy as well. Breakfast was mediocre, hot Bain Marie’s are not replenished in a timely mainly.

**The location is superb, with truly amazing views. When we arrived, we were given a beautiful junior suite overlooking the Tuileries, exactly as we had reserved. However, on our first day, we returned from sightseeing to find maintenance working in our room without any prior notice, citing a leak in the unit below, presumably from our bathroom. The following day, the front desk informed us that we needed to move due to this issue and assured us we would receive the same type of room. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were placed in a cramped attic room with a small bed and tiny bathroom and were offered a $150 credit as compensation. That was far from adequate. Overall, I was left with a very negative impression. The experience fell far short of any notion of putting the customer first.**

Great location, rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. Service irregular in some hours during the day (specially at night) One of the suites was very hot the AC didn’t worked properly. They brought and “extra” AC machine to make the room cooler

Great location.

Amazing location and staff. But needs some tlc in the rooms carpet etc. breakfast was amazing as was the staff. Make sure get rooms facing truilirie gardens

The property was filthy, and they provided no service. When I asked to move because, at my age, I couldn't safely get into the old tub in our room, they found us another room. They told me we had to leave my room immediately and return at 3 pm and check into the new room. I said we wanted to stay in our room until the other one was ready. The manager on duty informed me that it would not take long to check us in after the guest left; all they had to do was change the sheets. Then I knew why our room had trash on the floor, and I cleaned a lot of furniture with the wipes I had brought with me. The bar glasses were so bad that I couldn't have a drink with my husband. They did try to dry wipe my husband's glass clean before they gave him a little wine. The Champagne glasses they used for the Welcome Drink were the only thing that looked clean. We had our family in another room with a shower, so we used theirs. Additionally, I had three bug bites on my back when I woke up with on the second morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

The staff were incredible and welcomed us with champagne, orange juice, and croissants while our luggage was tagged. The family suite was perfect for our family of 4. This hotel is so conveniently located across the louvre! Highly recommend

The property has construction work going on and wont do anything .They blame the booking agent. Buyer beware the service is terrible and when you pay $900 per night should be far better. Only really a 2 star at best.
