Returned home last week. The hotel was very clean. The decor of the hotel is very unique and you would think that it would be hard to maintain. But we found everything to be spotless and well maintained. Rooms are so cute - love opening the big windows and leaning out to see what was happening on the streets around us. The church nearby rung its bell every half hour and hour - quaint. Our room was small but really, how much room do you actually need? Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Although we did not ask, our rooms were made up every day with some fresh towels brought in. Nice to come back at the end of each day to a clean room. Owners were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their guests and ensuring they enjoyed their stay with them. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter wanted to visit Paris for a graduation gift, and I had two objectives in mind: find a hotel within walking distance to the major historical and cultural treasures of the city; and secondly, to be around $250 per night in total hotel costs. Going only on what I read in online reviews, I booked Hotel de Roubaix, since it met both objectives, and hoped for the best. My daughter and I could not have been more pleased with the hotel. Spotless, efficiently run, accommodating, gracious staff and owner, ideal location, well-priced. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

What a fantastic place to stay - easy to find, close to the metro lines, great restaurants and bars, and grocery stores all so close by. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable, with AC working perfectly. We stayed for 4 nights - had a mix of quiet and not-so-quiet neighbours which you can certainly hear through the ceiling / walls.

Our stay here was very friendly and accommodating ! We enjoyed the area which was within walking distance to good food and the Sciene river. Although the room was small and the walls seemed thin, It was very clean and the staff was willing to make sure everything was good to go everyday. They were very courteous and would go out of the way to make sure everything was good to go.

This is an exceptional hotel in Paris. Great location close to major sites with easy access to public transportation or just walking. The hotel is fun and funky with a great vibe. Love the puppies in the lobby. Our room was Adventures of Tin Tin themed. Spotless clean and the staff is wonderful. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Exceptional value in Paris.

Perfect stay in Paris! Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and were happy to store my bag after checking out to allow me to explore the city easily before my train home. Wonderfully quickly interior, with the room itself being perfectly compact, clean and the with amazing air con (thank goodness as it was warm!). Would absolutely stay again in future and recommend to all! Note - I stayed alone as a single young female traveller and felt totally safe!

Christophe was wonderful communicating with me and accommodating my needs. The breakfast was fantastic to start the day with coffee/espresso options and all kinds of delicious food choices. The room was small but efficient use of space and nicely remodeled. Close walk to Pompidou and 20 minutes to Notre Dame.

I can’t say enough about Hotel du Roubaix. Prior to my stay here, I had stayed at 9 different hotels on a 16 day tour of France. Two of those were in Paris. Every single one paled in comparison. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by an atmosphere reminiscent of 1950s Art Deco with hints of cubism. The reception was friendly and inviting making me feel welcomed. There is a beautiful marble circular staircase often found in 5-star deluxe hotels that adorns the lobby. The best part are the two beautiful chocolate colored Poodles who love to sleep on the bottom two steps, who I mistook as stuffed animals at first. I booked 7 nights in a single room. Despite the room being small, which is to be expected when in the center of Paris, I was pleasantly surprised to find a large double bed and a quaint desk area. The bathroom offered the best shower I had experienced in all of my stays over those three weeks. The hotel is SO centrally located, the walk to Le Louvre took maybe 15 minutes at best. Every conceivable type of restaurant, cafe, and boulangerie is a stone’s throw away. The sad part is that I had to check out after only a couple of days there. I sustained a back injury from a fall that left me in much pain. I decided to return to the US early for fear I would get worse. The staff and Christopher, the manager, were concerned and accommodating. In fact, they offered to provide me with a voucher that I could use the next time I was in Paris. A+ Bravo!
