The staff is so friendly & personable. Reka is so friendly! I really appreciate her! The front desk staff & Rony , bellman are very friendly & helpful. What could be improved- Could you put a 24 hour automatic coffee machine in the lobby? That would be quite helpful . Also, bottles of water that we could pour water into glasses in the lobby.

The location is fantastic! Close to attractions & transit. Staff is VERY friendly & helpful. Over all, I’d stay again. The only negative I’d be remiss by not mentioning, is that in what seems to be typical of Europe, the air conditioning doesn’t work. A fan running without a compressor is NOT air conditioning. Seems like the AC works only when new, then never again. But the location!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are beautiful and the location was perfect. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Most importantly, the staff were really kind and helpful. The hotel was safe. For a few days I had forgotten I had a few hundred dollars in my bag and the cleaners came to our room multiple times and the cash was never touched.

The Hotel Mayfair is a beautiful botique hotel located perfectly in Paris for access to all the sites. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel!

Hotel is located in a great location near all of the main sites. I enjoyed my stay and thought my room was really nice. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it also wasn't terrible. I will note that I came during the early spring so weather was great, but I didn't see AC in my room, so I caution that for future travelers to consider. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future!

Amazing staff, wonderful location across from Tuileries gardens and Concorde station. Incredible stay, can’t wait to come back. Room 7 was incredible, ground floor, window opens to little patio. Delicious breakfast and just overall incredible. Miss this place and staff very much. Can’t wait to be back!

Very Enjoyable

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel, very strategically and convenientlylocated in Paris. The service for our four-day stay was exceptional, and the hotel has a very intimate feel and atmosphere. Notably, there are a number of high-end hotels nearby such as the Westin, which I’m sure are much more expensive. The Mayfair is a very good value. We will stay there again the next time we are in Paris.
