As hotels go, this is probably one of the better. The staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean. The toilets are cleaned every hour bedsheets changed towels changing the daily basis. General appearance of the hotel is good for what we paid at the end of the day if your on a budget and just want to experience Paris to get your head down I can’t fault it

Horrible Digusting Rude

Firstly the people working on the reception were very rude. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but she said it might take 30minutes or even more till the room was ready. She was then said she does not speak english and to speak french to her. We got a shared bathroom at first. It was disgusting and horrible. We upgraded to get our own bathroom which was okay. The breakfast was horrible. The people in the kitchen were rude every time. During the night we asked them for some hot water to drink, they said they can't provide anything and they don't even have cups but to go next door to ask for cups. When it was time for check out at 12pm, at 10am itself they started pushing us out of the room. It was just a horrible experience overall. They were not.

The hotel itself is ok. The room was clean and as advertised. But is was small. No where to hang clothes and not even a full length mirror. For the money it was ok. However. The location was like the immigrant camp in Calais. I did not feel safe in the location. There were slums and homeless all around. The whole street was full of tents and homeless. The walk to the nearest tube was not advisable solo and very sketchy. Late at night a cab to the door is the only safe way.

Not recommended! I booked a large room (actually called an accessible one) but the room given was extremely small. I could barely find a place for my cabin luggage. Within the room, only toilet paper and liquid soap are provided as toiletries. The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood. On the way to the hotel from the metro station or the city center, there were people living on the street/in cars, and selling their stuff on the street. I was afraid to walk back to the hotel in the evening. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo traveling females due to its neighborhood. And it's not value for money as you don't get what you pay for.

Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het openbaar vervoer, maar de omgeving voelt wat sketchy aan, met veel zwervers rondom het hotel. De kamer zelf is best klein, maar voor één nacht prima te doen verwacht absoluut geen luxe. Ik was blij dat ik hier maar één nacht verbleef. De bedden zijn redelijk, maar aan de harde kant, en de kussens zijn erg dun, waardoor je het harde bed goed voelt. De gedeelde douches zijn op zich prima, al was het wel vies dat sommige gasten hun haren achterlieten. Houd er ook rekening mee dat er een camera in die ruimte hangt. Persoonlijk zou ik hier niet snel terugkomen, maar voor een enkele overnachting is het net acceptabel.

I stayed in the sidecar room which is two twin beds, a sink and a small desk alongside a small wall-mounted television. Bathroom down the hall. It was quiet and pleasant enough for a budget stay in Paris.

The hotel room was very small, I'm 6'3 and my partner is 5'1 and we both had a very hard time to stay here, it may be because we stayed in the tandem style room that's meant for 2 people, but even if I stayed here myself, this room was not enough for me alone. The staff was very kind thankfully, and realistically is the only benefit to the property, as it's the only reason they don't get a 1 star for my review. The area around the hotel was not the greatest and felt like it was difficult to travel alone there at night, even if you're in a group, but especially if you're alone. If you're coming here, it's because it's friendly for your budget, you need a list minute room, or you just don't know about it. Lastly, there is NO AC. That's a huge factor into staying in a place that's quite hot, and if you're coming from a place where you're used to AC, this place is nowhere near sufficient to keep you cool. I would not stay here again, not due to the staff at all, but just everything else about it as a hotel.

The staff member i dealt with on arrival was lovely and very helpful. The room was cramped and very hot. The window could only open a crack because the blind only opened halfway. The noise from the road was really loud, this reduced with the window closed but then the heat was horrific. The bathroom was tiny, only just space to stand between the sink and toilet. No handsoap. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. When letting them know we wouldn't be staying the 2nd night, the staff member just said ok, didn't ask the room number, if everything was ok nothing.

Unprofessional staff who can barge into your room, which happened to me a couple of times. Some of the rooms don’t have a bathroom/shower. You’ll have to use the shared showers and there’s a security camera in the shared bathroom/shower which was very odd.
