While we did have a very helpful front desk person help us and was very kind by the name of Christopher, we had a horrifying experience once we got to our room. The toilet was filled with the previous occupants poop and the toilet was clearly going to flood. This means the cleaning person had not even cleaned the toilet. It was taken care of but was disgusting.

Everything was really nice, the staff was very nice, the food at the bar was excellent (the blackened salmon was wonderful), it was easy to get around the city by walking and by taking the bus, the breakfast was really good, and the room was clean.

The room was nice, and the night time river view was really fun. The breakfast was really good too. Everything was within close proximity. Although the road construction and one way roads got frustrating at times.

Reserved a riverfront room, paid in advance to show up and be told they didn’t have any available. So they “upgraded” us to the “executive suite” with no view… room was NAUSEOUSLY musty, dingy dirty and probably hasn’t been even opened in 20 years. Smelled like grandmas basement.
