Absolutely Amazing

Traveled in Hanuary and weather was absolutely amazing. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean..stunning. Staff was amazing, when we checked in, they escorted us to our room and pointed different things out about the hotel.

Too many steps to climb up or down to get anywhere. Drinking water should not be charged for but Amari charges. Cut fruit and other savories were left uncovered and open to flies and other bugs. Housekeeping was good.

The hotel is nice it’s by the water but too many stairs, beach is not swimmable , terrible. Service was not good . Too many guests mostly middle eastern and Indians who are loud and rude. It’s not a place to relax . Food is not good . It’s not Thai food

Beautiful hotel with great few in the sea front. 2 minutes away from tourist attractions like Bangla road and Patong Beach. The hotel did a great job surprising me and my wife with wedding anniversary cake and flowers . That was amazing
