If you like peace and quiet when you sleep, this may not be the best choice. At night you will hear music and the bass. At the morning, if your room is the OPPOSITE side of the pool than you will hear non-stop of roasters crying. I don’t mean just an hour of each day but for HOURS each day. If there is sunlight it will cry forever. On the last day, for some reason it started crying at 3:30 AM. It was pitch black and yet it cried all night until I checked out at 12pm. However the room was big and clean, staff was wonderful. If it wasn’t for the roaster crying everyday it would be an easy 5. The hotel and the property was clean and well maintained just outside the hotel is a different story.

Staff very friendly. Internet good most of the time. Was slow when many people was in the hotel. Ac worked fine. Choose to have room cleaned every 2 to 3 days and was well done. 2 bottles of water allocated to each room every day a bonus.

6th stay at the Amber. Always a pleasure. Lovely staff, nice pool area. Spacious rooms which are cleaned every day. Breakfast ok but I’m not a breakfast person anyway! Good location. Close to Treetown for those who know Pattaya.

This is a great hotel in my opinion. The staff here is AMAZING. The rooms are clean and quiet. This hotel has one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, that was a big plus for me. Close to everything you might need. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Located in a very walkable area. Higly recomend this place
