This was the worst Holiday Inn I ever stayed in. We were greeted by a woman named Donna. She was nice at first. We checked in and went up to our room. First off the elevators are raggedy and almost stopped on us one time. I have severe anxiety and had to take my medicine afterwards. Secondly, the hallway smelled like mildew and mold. When we got to our room, we checked all the linens and noticed it was black marks all on the pillow cases. Also, my friend went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. So I went downstairs to tell Donna. She was flustered and act like it was a problem asking for new pillowcases. She went upstairs with a plunger claiming it was an airlock on the toilet. Anyways the other front desk attendants were nice. I would not stay here again because it’s outdated & everything smelled like mildew, even the pillowcases. We just went to Walmart and decided to buy linens for our stay.
