Clean and quiet. No major problems other than the tvs in the room have outdated remotes that make using the in room television frustrating and complicated. Please update your system.

I was greeted in the lobby by the desk clerk, Mary Landry, with a stern admonition for parking my UHaul in the wrong place. She didn't smile, didn't say welcome. She was rude and unfriendly. Mary should not be the face of Best Western.

The property was fine. Clean, easy to find. When I went in to register, the desk clerk was not friendly. The police came in while I was there. Apparently, a homeless person had come in and gotten a cup of coffee. She had called the police.

Too much in pending charges on my credit card

They locked up $250 in pending charges during my stay. I had no hot water the 1st morning, so I had a cold shower. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.
