Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.

DO NOT BOOK HERE- Disgusting and unsafe—literally falling apart, not cleaned, nothing like advertised. We booked here because it was close to the concert we would be attending. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel looked NOTHING like the advertisement photos posted. It appeared to be extremely run down and unsafe just from looking at the outside. However, we gave it a chance and checked it anyhow. We were told how to get to our room and where it was located. Not only did it take us 30 minutes just to find the room located down random halls with all mismatched number, but on the way to our room the entire floors were falling apart, you were almost scared to walk on them. Upon finally finding our room, the entire door was dented and busted in and didn’t even close and lock all the way leaving us feeling more unsafe than when we arrived. We entered the room and there were bugs in every corner, and the room was very unclean. We started the air conditioning since it was so hot and puffs of dirt and dust flew out leaving our room, and us, hard to breath. My cousin and I decided as soon as we entered this hotel that it was extremely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in, but we’re astonished by the room as well. We didn’t end up being in the room more than 20 minutes and we just took our things and left. We didn’t go speak to the front desk because we were already late to the concert, and unfortunately couldn’t even understand the women when she spoke that checked us in.

The first room they gave us smelled like smoke. The second room the showed us had hair on the pillows and marks on the wall and recliner. The hallways had concrete missing from the floors.

All rooms have outside doors. Limited lighting in the parking lot. Bed comforter had stains. Chair in the room was dirty. No soap for the sink. Shower had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toilet/shower area floor board was coming off the wall. All mirrors were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough for just an overnight stay. Wouldn’t stay long term at this hotel.

I hated my stay, the halleays dirty, smelled, the room was dirty, spider webs, not even sure the bed sheets were changed, hair still on the hand soap bottle. Basicaly i will never return and would like to get at least one night back $

HORRIBLE

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been it. The room literally smelled like a dead body. Bugs crawling on the floor, shower and tub were used and not cleaned. Absolutely awful

We pulled into a place that looked closed. No cars, no Dennys Restaurant. Restaurant closed in March 2023 yet they are still advertising it with 24/7 service. The room was doable but it did have some mold issues in the bathroom, squeaky springs on the bed and the thing that bothered me most was smoke detector being covered with a plastic bag making it out of service, a violation of fire code.

This place is like a "Saturday Night Live" skit. New all time low benchmark for us. Front desk people were never there. The room was VERY run down. Repairs that were attempted looked like a well meaning 9 year old did it. Nothing professional about this place. Close to the Erie Canal bike trail thought, the only upside. Be a motel or housing for homeless people, pick one.

The bathtub doesn't drain. The shower curtain rod is loose, forcing curtain to middle, so water gets out at both ends. The bathroom vent barely works. Electric outlet on tv wall doesn't work, so neither do lights, making overall room lighting poor.

This property was horrible, we checked in front desk was nasty and very unwelcoming! Got to our room only to discover it was not cleaned at all, dead cockroaches everywhere, mirrors, bathroom nothing was cleaned and to top it all off, BEDBUGS!!! We checked back out immediately, with no sorry for your inconvenience or anything!
