Delta airport shuttle was seamless and the person on the phone was very friendly and insightful. Check in was smooth and quick. They were able to get me a room 3 hrs earlier but advised it was on a different floor. I like that he gave me the option to take it and knew exactly the differences in room but assured me I received the same amenities. The place is lovely and the bar restaurant area is lovely. My favorite place however was the Delta pantry! Well stocked with fresh and packaged goods. It’s definitely worth adding to your room. The baked goods were delicious and the espresso machine a nice touch. All the options from a continental breakfast to a midnight snack with 24/7 access. The persons restocking the pantry were so patient as ppl fluttered in and out. I will be staying here moving fwd.

have stayed here many times. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member with high status but sometimes I choose another site to book. The hotel is well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful and the lounge has decent food. There's a small market and a pantry if you opt to pay for it. This is a big draw if you need to be in and out. The one thing I really take exception to is the cost to park. If people use the lot to store their car during travel then charging is appropriate. I think that $25 per day for guests staying is exhorbitant. ESPECIALLY, if you are a Bonvoy member. I will have to rethink staying there again, which is a shame because it really is a great hotel. I am in the area often to visit family and there are many choices.
