we had a room on the 5th floor which seemed to be an add on to the building??? there was NO air conditioning in the hallways - thankfully it was fine in the rooms. there were two sets of elevators on the floor and only one actually went to the lobby. it was very confusing. for the money we spent i would have expected a better overall experience.

Certain areas in the hotel is under construction. The room and beds themselves were awesome. There is no free breakfast at this hotel. $12 for a breakfast sandwich or $30 for breakfast. Parking is $38-$39.00 a night, but if you go on spot hero, the garage across the street is $31.00

After an amazing stay at the Hilton in Huntington Beach CA we thought we’d try this one in Philly too… although the staff were very nice and the location was really great, the hotel itself and the condition of the building and rooms left a lot to be desired. Not dirty, but peeling wallpaper in multiple places, foggy windows, old carpets, noisy air conditioner, lack of fan ventilation in the bathroom, just lacked the finesse we expected from a Hilton property.

Great place in the heart of the city

I love the roofdeck outside the pool area, where you can just chill and watch the buildings around you. Place is great, accessible to everything.

Hotel was conveniently located in city central area. Lobby and common areas were really hot. I tried to go to the snack bar in the lobby multiple times, and it was closed. It did reopen but it was multiple times, and I wasn't the only one who took notice. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Room is a little dated but has amazing views.

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend and a Walking Tour of Philadelphia. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected, but worked well for our young children. Our first night (Friday), a neighboring hotel restaurant had music blaring until 2am, which wasn't super convenient for our family of 4. The next morning, we were surprised to learn that the buffet breakfast was $30/plate, and were hit again with a $38 parking fee. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Stay far away from this hotel

I've never experienced such rude people in a hospitality setting in my life! We arrived with a ton of luggage which we tried to drop off before pulling into the extremely inconvenient parking garage. Asked to use a cart and we were told there weren't any (which was a lie) and the lazy bellman offered no assistance. Then the room wasn't available so we had to check all of our luggage which took forever to get the assistance of the bellman (again.) The lobby was incredibly hot and uninviting so we walked around for hours until we could get into the room. Check in people were rude and unclear in their assistance. We asked to use the restroom since we just came off of a 4 hour drive and got grilled as to whether or not we were guests (btw, the restroom in the lobby was not functioning so had to go up to the 2nd floor) They threw two stale cookies at us and sent us on our way. HORRIBLE service. The room itself was acceptable. Just everyone who works there is horrible.

Great hotel, easy parking garage right next to the hotel, beautiful building and close to everything in center city and great restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is Walkable to big attractions, I went for my birthday and they put me in room 722 (my birthday is July 22) which was very cute, and room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Pool was great too. I would definitely recommend it!

Centrally located, but undergoing construction in lobby and first floor. My sink was clogged (slow draining) and the lamp on my desk didn't work. There were huge lines during my stay for people checking in and checking out. Checking out, if I went in the line, I would miss my train, so I gave my card key to the doorman/porter and we'll see what the repercussions are. This is a middle of the road hotel for middle of the road tourists.
