We started out a late from VA and got to Philly late. The young lady that check us in was not very polite in my opinion or even coordial. The next day, dad to call maitenance for a slow draining sink which was fixed promptly, however the sporadic running toilet was another maintenance issue that was not resolved. All in all, I'd still rather stay at this Double Tree because of proximity to key places in Philly. The last was stay was probably my third time staying at this hotel and although they had issues, I will try to book this hotel in future.

Good location for Sports Venues

Mona at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding us a room for early check in so we could get to our room and get "geared up" for an Eagles game. Plus, the hotel is literally atop the subway station and in an area with many great restaurants. Convenient on site parking garage too.

The building seemed a little dated and tired. The towel rack in my bathroom fell off because the hardware wasn’t secured correctly. The pool room was very cold, and had a loud blower making for an unpleasant swim.!

Hotel room and location perfect for our short stay in Philadelphia. Hotel is obviously older but well maintained. Bathrooms really need to be upgraded. Couldn't even use the bathtub

The manager and staff were not very friendly. They seemed like every question irritated them. Megan and the manager were the main staff I interacted with. Just did not make me feel welcomed. Surprising for a Double Tree…makes me think twice about staying at one again.
