Fantastic hotel minus customer service

Very nice facility, clean, comfortable, accessible, great showers and breakfast, spacious comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, the young front desk woman was not nice at all and soured the stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hopefully management can grab hold of the customer service issue and resolve it.
