Room was great- clean. Breakfast was the usual, but the shower had a dual shower head in the handicapped room so I didn't have to use the handheld my 98 year mom needed. AND...really hot water that many hotels don't have. The desk folks were polite and efficient, good selection in the little store which was appreciated after a long day. Good location to Longwood Gardens and easily accessible to both sit down and fast food.

The water in the shower was blazing hot and couldn’t be cooled off. We told the front desk agent and he held back a laugh. The breakfast was disgusting. Cold pancakes, weak coffee, not much of a selection, and filthy. Rooms are cleaned every other day. I pay for cleaning every day- there should have been a discount. I was never sent a confirmation of the visit, so we drove up there not knowing if we even had a room! I’ve stayed at this property before, and I’m VERY dissatisfied.
