Great place to stay

The only thing I have to make mention of is that not once did I see a staff member. Check in was all by phone and impersonal. And there was no lift. People with medical issues may have a problem getting to the 2nd floor, as I did Even just a luggage lift would be good thing. It was a great stay. OH...the artwork in room 204 next to the right bed is upside down. I am a picture framer and the artist sig is supposed to be in the bottom right corner...not the top left.

comfortable place at a great value

the location was good for Longwood Gardens. The bed was very comfortable and continental breakfast was fine. We had some trouble connecting to Wifi which included getting the TV to work (it did finally)

I would stay again. Clean and affordable; right next to the pretty, rolling hills of Chester County; good breakfast (hard-boiled eggs, juices, cereal, fruit, toast and pastries). It's set off the highway and thus there's no road noise. I had a queen “suite,” which is more like a decent-size single room with a kitchenette. There were a couple of quirks. Check-in and entry is all digital/via smartphone (and was easy) yet for instance there are no USB ports in the rooms, and at least some of us guests were not sent the wifi password; I only received it two hours after writing to request it. The pictures of the (queen suite) room were not entirely accurate; they show a much larger fridge than the room actually has, and they show an upholstered dining chair. There was instead a wooden bar-stool chair, which was pretty useless, since there's no table or counter that it fits, and it's not particularly comfortable. There was no eating surface other than the desk. There were only two clothes hangers and kitchen supplies are on the sparse side. But there’s enough to do some basic meal prep.

Staying here was convenient. The parking was easy. It took a minute to figure out the digital entry system. The staff answered the phone or returned your calls promptly. Each suite had it's own mini kitchen. The balcony was a nice feature. Was able to sit outside and relax with a cup of coffee. Great place to stay if you don't need any amenities such as a fitness room or restaurant on premises.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Unique set up re checkin. No hot water on Saturday night - which wasn’t a big deal, just annoying. Breakfast is continental but appreciated. Previous guests had covered the smoke alarm (clearly they were smoking in the room). Annoying that I had to get a chair to remove the paper towel covering it. Overall. Good stay

As my husband said, “it may not be all you want, but all you need”. Rooms were clean. Check in was easy. The only complaint is that we were on the second floor and there was obviously someone who was smoking in the their room. I’m just glad that we didn’t get that room after they left. But if we were in the area again, we would stay again.
