So let me start with my first 2 stays, solid 4.5/5! Literally one and only complaint I could make is the towel has no room for the bathroom floor with the way the door opens, rooms where just like the pictures (I know one room is 309), clean and well kept. Breakfast is great down stairs and feels very upscale for the place.
Now for this stay, first room was room 307, room was 82 degrees (I happened to have a thermometer lol) when I walked in, A/C unit was broken, a standing unit was installed in the window which is fine, but it was set at 62 and blowing hot air, plus the curtains could not be closed because of it, huge privacy issue. Also, the picture in the dining area was missing with all the stuff still on the wall, the room was not very clean, kitchen utensils not remotely cleaned, and the ottoman missing along with the couch falling apart. They where kind enough to move me to a double queen room, no complaints there (room 133), until I got in, literally everything wrong with the first room, but at-least the A/C worked, so I dealt with it. This room had a completely different shower that’s not at all what is advertised, and what I can only assume is ack mold?? Also the tub faucet leaks all over the wall and sounds like a literal squirrel squeaking the entire time. Like if I got my other rooms every time, I’d love this place without question, but the last two rooms, I would never come here again. Honestly owner should be embarrassed that the rooms are that different.
