Staff was cheerful and welcoming. Both checkin and check out procedure was smooth, quick and easy. Breakfast was tasteful and diverse with many options. Hotel was pleasantly decorated with holiday trees and stockings. It was close and convenient to the events for which we traveled to the city for.

Management and parking attendant not in the same page, i called to find out about parking since Im a truck driver the parking attendant confirmed they had parking for me and never told me i had to pay for it. Manager did not want to understand the issue about calling ahead before booking after parking was confirmed at no cost over the phone ahead of time, they rather getting paid instead of costumer satisfaction.

Everything about this place was great. Except for the fact that the room had an AC unit that smelled like cigarettes. Anytime the AC would kick on, the entire room would smell like an ashtray. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great.

They were sticklers for the 3pm check in time. There were like 8 of us waiting for rooms that had to wait in the lobby until 3pm to check in. Then it was a long wait til we got our room. I'd recommend being flexible on the check in time to keep the build up of people waiting and then everyone trying to check in at once
