We order a queen bed and was a full size bed. I spoke to the front desk they tried to tell me it was a queen bed but it was a small bed. Very unhappy not worth the money

Beds are nice, carpets are horribly dingy and probably the biggest reason it smells stale in the halls (rooms are a bit better). Very convenient. Would be fantastic if they updated the carpets.

The only thing clean in this room was the bed. I did not mention anything to the front desk as I don’t wanna seem like one of those people who just wants a discount or a free room because that’s not what I wanted however upon check-in to the very small room (not a complaint but size of room is relevant to my review) the bathtub was not clean. There was pee on the floor and toilet from the previous guest as well as hair on the toilet and bathroom floor. There was soap residue left on the sink counter. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed as there were crumbs when I first walked in and upon further inspection, shoved in the corners and underneath the bed skirt, there were pieces of hard food and dried up marijuana next to the bed as well I stayed in a room with one queen bed, so the room was quite small and as somebody who worked in the housekeeping business for four years, there is no excuse as to why the room was left like this by any housekeeper or housekeeping manager, inspecting the room after it was “cleaned”. Your housekeeping staff’s bar for clean is very low. The duvet insert had stains on it, as well as the mattress pad having burn holes in it and again working in housekeeping I know these are things that should not have been left there for another guest to find.

Amazing!

Thank you so much! My son had some issues on a trip, and he stayed in your hotel two nights (separated by a few days). He said everyone was very kind, and the two shuttle drivers were super helpful!! One even called me on my son’s phone to make sure he was going to the right hotel.

Great breakfast

The continental breakfast was extraordinary in that they had many categories, especially for a medical patient that needed protein in the morning and not just muffins and toast. The room right was an average of $40 less than the other airport hotels in Philadelphia, highly recommended for business travelers
