Worst experience ever!!!

Let’s start by saying the front desk staff was the rudest person I encountered on my entire trip to Philadelphia. When I asked if there was designated parking so I wouldn’t be parking illegally. She replied with “outside” in a very rude manor. When given the key we were unable to read the WiFi password OR the room number, but luckily I heard what room she said. When I went back and asked what the WiFi password was she said “WiFi isn’t working”. She was a horrible host. Very snotty. The room desk was covered in crumbs and there were crumbs or something on the floor also. The bathroom by the lobby was not clean either. For paying nearly 400.00 (with a deposit) I expected more…. At least more respect, and not be treated like I was inconveniencing the front desk worker.

Massive Hassle

They cancelled our reservation and it was a challenge t o fix this issue onsite. They then gave us the wrong room type, and when they moved us to the right type, the room was occupied by other guests. We ultimately moved again to a clean room - but not worth the hassle at all.

Most everything was great. Overall, I would probably recommend. The front desk staff was matter-of-fact. No welcome or warm fuzzy greeting. But got the job done. The walls are tissue-paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room using the bathroom and they were playing music until 3 AM. There is no way to continuously run the fan, so nearly impossible to sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The room had everything I needed. I’m not sure I would call the bar in the lobby a restaurant. I didn’t see a menu anywhere and the all-business front desk lady told me I could ask what they had to eat because, “Sometimes she has food back there.” I ordered food to be delivered instead.
