Nice staff, nice room with a beautiful view. The hallway had a strange smell. I am not sure if that was from an adjacent room or what. The hotel looked beautiful. The parking lot was icy and there was a creepy guy in his car there smoking weed which was a negative but not their fault

Room was clean for the most part had a little issue checking in they couldn’t find my reservation and told me they had no more rooms available. Front desk didn’t seem like they cared either was working really slow to find it and I was checking in kind of late due to a pushed back flight due to the snow I was just ready to get some sleep. Would stay here again decent location.

The parking lot wasnt plowed and my car got stuck while trying to park. I had to pay $100 for a tow truck to get me out of the space. After finding a spot to park my car without getting stuck again, i had to walk around the building on ice to get inside. When i checked out, i wasnt greated just shown a box to put the key card. I'll never come back again.

The property details say it’s a renovated property but the bathroom was definitely not. The bathtub ceramic was chipping away and the tub drain was busted. I took pictures. The sheets had some stains - the stains didn’t seem fresh (as if they hadn’t been changed) but like they weren’t bleached out properly. Doors opening/closing were very loud all night - you can hear the people walking or moving items from the floor above.
