I loved my stay the moment I stepped in it was toasty and the aroma was so inviting. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well decorated. This is my first time staying in Sonesta so I will stay here everytime I come to Philadelphia. The location was perfect and close to Wawa. The Only problem I had with my stay is not having Free Breakfast. If I would have noticed it before booking I probably would have missed out on such a great hotel. Due to all of other cost from the plane tickets,car rental, and my stay, I didn't want to pay for breakfast for something I believe should come with your stay.

I use this hotel for Eagles games as its on the north side of the airport. Super clean , close to Wawa and very nice staff Always reasonable price relative to other airport hotels 5 mins to airport

We booked 6 rooms here for our band and I have to say the service, rooms and facilities were outstanding! A special mention for Tamika at the front desk who was extremely helpful and professional!! Traveling all over the country and staying at multitudes of hotels I wish every place we stayed was as clean and the the staff as helpful & friendly! We'll definitely book again!!

This was a great property - convenient to everything and definitely comfortable. The only complaints that I have was the cleanliness - the kitchen/wash room area had a musty smell and the shower floors could definitely use a good bleaching. Also, there was an issue with the toilets not flushing properly which was not addressed during the stay despite us reporting it.

Every single staff person - desk, cleaners, managers looked me in the eye and engaged me in a welcoming manner. I am involved in a personal service business and struggle with staff understanding how important this is. Room was very clean, hotel was easy to get to, parking was plentiful. Great value. Would stay here again and again.
