Room was mostly clean (we had to call maintenance when we arrived to snake our shower drain) and staff is great. Can’t beat those cookies at check-in.

This was a trip that was planned to render a first salute to a prior student, but was unable to attend due to father being on hospice and passed the day before checking in. When the hotel was contacted, they would not answer and we were charged the entire hotel costs. I understand cancelling last minute, but in some cases a little compassion would be appreciated.

I will be staying here again

When I arrived at the property I was allowed to check in early which was great. The room was warm and only got hotter as we tried to wait to see if the AC unit would kick in. We noticed the mini fridge was also not cold. I called the front desk and a maintenance worker was at our room in under 10 minutes. He came into the room and immediately diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing it. He was incredibly polite and a joy to interact with. He fixed our ac unit which immediately started to cool the room down. He went and switched out our mini fridge with one that was already cold and had everything fixed in about 15-20 minutes. After that was fixed our stay was wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower and fantastic amenities.

We found the rooms to be very clean, the air conditioning very good and food for breakfast and dinner very good. This property is located very close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities.
