Woke up to the next rooms alarm? Walls must be non noise cancellation. Breakfast option are not consistent with other Hampton I have stayed at. Bikers hanging around the entrance and doing snoop doggies activities (smoking weed).

Will not return.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep with. The room reservation said it sleeps five but when we asked for a cot or something for our fifth person, they said no.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, we had asked for housekeeping and never came. We had to go walk every time to the front desk to get clean towels. Room was never serviced. Night desk was great but the day shift was something else. When we checked out the guy was on his cell phone the whole time. Never acknowledge us, we asked for a receipt and stated it will be emailed to us.

Disappointed stay

Poor customer service, often unable to find a front desk worker to assist. The TV remote, USB ports, window blinds none of them worked. Continental Breakfast was poor, sausage and eggs under Cooked. Overall disappointed in this property especially for the price. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Had to ask for toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, and conditioner the next morning after checking in which seemed to annoy staff Toilet bowl was cracked, shower door leaked onto floor causing me to slip and fall Breakfast staff did not keep items full and shut things off early Cheaper rate
