Not such a great experience

We were given the wrong room and when we tried to access that room someone else was already there- finally got to our room and found the bathtub full of dirt on the bottom so we were not going to be taking a shower- the entryway has no visual appeal at all- would not stay here again

Rooms not quite as advertised

The queen bed was not a queen even though it was what we had ordered. It was more like a full. There were also very few options for anything that might be gluten free at The Breakfast buffet which was Saturday since I cannot eat gluten. The room itself was nicely clean and beautiful. The hotel stuff were wonderful and easy to deal with. Unfortunately the hallway carpets showed where at some point water lakes had come down and stained the carpet from where the light fixtures are. That gave it a luster than great ambience.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in on the blanket, there was a whole in the comforter. The alarm clock had gunk on it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, possibly years. It was so awful we were there for less than 15 minutes before reporting it to the front desk and walking out.

This was a great hotel! Normal sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, is something I enjoy. Breakfast was nice and served several hot items.

People where fighting all day and night, the homeless took over the parkinglot, the matress cover had something on it, the floor was disgusting. The air conditioner vents where nasty too. The foreign fellow that works there was highly disrespectful called me a liar and refused to give me what i had left in the room. He told me it wasnt there if only been gone 5 mins turned arounf as i was calling to have someone grab my belongings for me. I show up hes rude nasty disposition arrogant.
