Last resort stay

Location is convenient but horrible for rest. The hotel is across from nightlife that spills into the streets, It is like you are in the club when you're exhausted for sleep. It was a sold out weekend so the office wasn't able to move our room to the back. The ice machine broken, the shower is remodeled but horribly and water gets everywhere. Parking is available but very tight and limited. If you are in desperate need for a one night stay it is DECENT, however rest is rough and the amenities are slim to none.

This is a good place to come if you’re on a budget and don’t mind having the extras. There were no chairs or places to store clothing. The beds sit up high and no chairs to sit on to help get ready for us with short legs , had to sit on toilet seat. Towels were stained. Toilet leaked water. Hard to park when they are at full capacity. They are super friendly and the cleaning ladies do a good job. Just your basic if you’re looking on a budget.

Manager very accommodating with my request for security. Prescription sunglasses fell out of my bag in the room. Realized sunglasses missing five days after my stay. Manager had them at the front desk. It was wonderful!

Not bad for a under $100 per night motel

This is a good hotel for a one-night stay -- especially for those attending a concert at one of the nearby DT Phoenix venues. But I would not recommend this motel for a long stay because the amenities are minimal, the neighborhood is shady at night and it's noisy.

Budget friendly, safe, decent.

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Its in a decent and safe location. Parking was right in front of the room. For the price, its a decent alternative that is budget friendly. It had a nice tv but the cable/internet speed was so bad that you could not watch the tv. Probably better that way.

The property listed on Expedia is not accurate! This is a dump! A motel with thin walls, thinner windows that didn't dampen any noise from outside and is located in a very sketchy part of the city. Even the picture of the property on the site is wrong.

The staff was wonderful, super helpful when my tv didnt work at check in, took care of the issue quickly. They have a big empty outdoor space, wohldve been nice if they had some sun loungers in the space!

Hard to find photo doesn’t look like property Noisy . Room door had a gag large enough for light to come into room. Making it unsafe and the safety latch worthless. Direct tv stopped working about 9pm Desk clerk gave an excuse about Direct TV Asked him to come reset in the morning No resolve
