Complaint Regarding Bed Bug Issue in Room 429

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I experienced during my stay in Room 429 on the night of April 25, 2025. I was bitten by bed bugs, resulting in multiple bites that are severely itchy and uncomfortable. Attached, you will find photos of the bites for your reference. This situation indicates a significant problem with pest control in your hotel, which has caused me considerable distress and compromised the quality of my stay. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate measures to address the pest issue to prevent other guests from experiencing similar problems. The staff and management made the check in and whole stay really enjoyable . Loved the bar and kitchen.. Breakfast was great and the free cocktails and what was called heavy appetizers but more like a meal was an unexpected bonus. I will make Drury my number one choice from now on.

Everything was decent except for housekeeping coming at 8am opening the door to clean room while I was sleeping and husband was in shower! Don’t think I’ll be staying there again as they did nothing in regards to this.

Hotel staff were friendly and approachable, they recommended the nearby pizzeria as a good spot to grab a bite. We were able to walk to a pizzeria and the food was good. This is a nice quiet area.

I was booked into this hotel by the error of Hotels.com. I asked to be booked for the Tempe location and when we arrived to Tempe they didn't have our reservation, however the reservation was booked in the Chandler location. We were double charged $640 for a hotel we did not stay in and paid $640 for the hotel we DID stay in. I want my $640 refund in full please ASAP This is my third notice to you and I have been waiting for my refund since 4/6/2025
