Great breakfast, great, service, but an OK room.

The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Incredible breakfast and breakfast area. Staff was really nice and the free crib was a big help. However the room was not that great. Ceiling had a recent repair/patch job from water damage, was pretty desturbing. Room in general was not that clean.

They put us in a handicap room. The bed was literally on the floor. The Hampton we were in the 4 nights before had upgraded us to a suite so this one was a little disappointing.

The rooms, I was informed by the very nasty day manager, are for one night stays only. No where to put clothes, he said put them on the couch, no room had a dresser or shelves. He told me to hang up our underwear. No toiletries. Very very uncomfortable bed. Dark room. No water, unless you’re a Hilton member, which we are. No place to sit outdoors to wait for an uber, unless you cross the road and sit behind their shuttle car. When I suggested that the lone bench would be of better use, near the hotel, I was told I was rude. I said after years in customer service, myself, I’d say to a suggestion, Good idea, I’ll mention it to the staff. We were there for a week visiting our new grandson. When I told him the bed was sunken and our backs were in pain, he said, he’d take care of it. Never did. I’ll never stay at a Hilton again, except of course, in Aruba.

Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms were huge, super clean and had comfy beds. They had probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. We will stay here again if we are in the area.
